The Role:

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who can connect the dots across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll serve as the analytical backbone of our go-to-market organization — building the data infrastructure, reporting, and insights that drive growth, retention, and efficiency.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves the mechanics of the customer life cycle funnel: how leads are sourced, enriched and worked as well as how customers are supported, grown and retained.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the head of Business Intelligence and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations leaders & departments
  • Assist in the build of a foundational lead and prospect model to provide a unified view of marketing and sales activity and engagement across our GTM pipeline
  • Grow, maintain, and monitor the lead database used by our inside Sales team 
  • Partner with Marketing to measure campaign performance, track lead sources, and build attribution models that connect spend to pipeline and revenue
  • Create analysis and reporting for key stakeholders to drive insights and monitor performance 
  • Support A/B testing and campaign analysis to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with Customer Success to report on CS activities and effectiveness; analyzing impact on customer onboarding, activation, and engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Analytics, or CS Operations, ideally at a SaaS company serving SMBs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), and sales engagement tools (VanillaSoft, SalesLoft, DialPad)
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Bonus points for experience using analysis tools like Alteryx, Python, R, etc.
  • Familiarity with lead data management — sourcing, enrichment, and routing strategy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across GTM teams
